Terms of Service

thetinyus lets you make an invitation to a date and share it as one link. The person you send it to opens it for free, with no account, and answers once.

The site is run by Yauheni Berlenka, who is also the seller of everything you buy on it. The postal address is in the legal notice. You can reach us at support@thetinyus.com.

You must be at least 18 to use thetinyus, and you may only send invitations to adults.

Building an invitation and seeing how it looks is free. You pay when you want its link, or for a song:

• An invitation link. Your invitation goes live at its own link for 30 days, together with a QR card to print. The person you invite opens it for free, and their answer comes to you.
• An AI song. AI writes and sings a song from your description, and you get 3 tries. Put it in your invitation or send it on its own by link.
• An invitation link with an AI song, in one payment.

Each purchase is paid once: no subscription, nothing charged later.

• Invitation link: €10 or $11;
• AI song: €5 or $5.50;
• Invitation link with an AI song: €15 or $16.50.

The price at checkout is the full price, all taxes included; we add no fees. You pay in euros or US dollars, as the checkout shows. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge for it.

Now and then we run free periods: when the checkout says it's free, you pay nothing, and the rest of these terms still apply.

Payments are taken for us by lava.top (LAVALANE LTD, Cyprus), our payment agent. You buy from us, and we answer for what you buy. The payment page and your bank statement may show lava.top or PATRONLABS instead of thetinyus: that's us.

In euros, you can pay by card, Apple Pay, PayPal, SEPA bank transfer, iDEAL, MB WAY, Bancontact or Pix; in US dollars, by card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Pix. The checkout shows the ones that work for you.

You enter card and bank details on the payment provider's page, never on ours, and we never see them. Your purchase is complete once the provider confirms the payment.

Your link is ready as soon as the payment is confirmed: it's on the screen right away, and we email it to you. Some bank transfers take longer to confirm; the link comes as soon as the money does.

A song is made once you've described it, before or after paying, and is usually ready in 1-3 minutes. It lands in your invitation or among your songs by itself, and you can download it as an MP3.

Everything you buy lasts 30 days from payment and is then deleted for good, files included, so download what you want to keep. The link opens in any up-to-date browser.

An unpaid video note is kept for 30 minutes from upload or the last invitation save, or while a payment is in progress. Once paid, it stays with the invitation.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered right away, that right ends early: once your link is issued or your song starts being made, provided that before paying you asked for delivery to start right away and confirmed you knew you'd lose the right. We ask for both at checkout and confirm them in the email after payment (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37).

So it still covers a song you've paid for that hasn't started yet. To withdraw, tell us clearly within the 14 days, for example by email to support@thetinyus.com. We refund what the withdrawal covers within 14 days of hearing from you, the same way you paid, at no cost to you.

You can use this model form, but you don't have to:

You get all your money back if we don't deliver:

• your link wasn't issued because of an error on our side;
• no song comes out of your purchase because the music service keeps failing (for a link with a song, you get the song's price back);
• you were charged twice for the same thing (the extra payment comes back).

If something you bought doesn't work as described, tell us: we'll fix it, and if we can't, you get part or all of your money back. That's your right by law anyway.

An AI song is always a bit of a surprise: one that turns out differently from what you pictured isn't a fault in itself, and that's what the other tries are for. The answer your invitation gets, or no answer at all, doesn't change anything either: the link did its job.

Write to support@thetinyus.com from the email you paid with. We refund through lava.top, the same way you paid, within 14 days of agreeing; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Problem with a payment? Write to us first: a refund from us is quicker than a chargeback. If you open a chargeback for something we delivered, we'll show your bank the order's records, and if the money goes back to you, the link or song stops working.

Songs are made by AI: it writes the words and the music from your description, and no person writes or checks them. Each song is new, so it can turn out differently from what you pictured and now and then have an odd word or sound.

Song descriptions follow the same rules as invitations (below). The music service may turn a description down, for example one that names a real artist; a turned-down or failed try doesn't count.

You may use your songs for personal, non-commercial purposes: listen to them, download them, put them in your invitations and share them as a gift, in messages or on your social media. Please don't sell or license them, upload them to streaming services or pass them off as written by a person. AI songs may not be protected by copyright, so we can't promise you exclusive rights to one.

You can swap the song in your invitation until the link is first opened; after that it stays as it is.

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that inbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

You can delete your account at any time in your profile. That removes your invitations, songs, their files and your sign-in details. Deleting it doesn't by itself refund anything you bought. Deleting your account also removes its support conversations and photos and requests removal of their Telegram topics.

You're responsible for everything you put in an invitation or a song description: names, texts, photos, voice notes and date ideas. Only use content you have the right to use, and only photos of people who are fine with it.

Your content stays yours. You let us store it, show it to whoever opens your link and send song descriptions to the AI services that make the songs, only to run the service.

Don't use thetinyus to:

• harass, threaten, pressure or stalk anyone;
• send invitations to someone who said no, asked you to stop, or clearly doesn't want to hear from you;
• pretend to be someone else or send an invitation in someone else's name;
• contact anyone under 18;
• share anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or violent, or someone else's private information;
• spam, scrape, overload or break the site, or get around its limits.

A no is an answer. Respect it.

We may remove an invitation or close an account that breaks these terms, without notice when that's needed to protect someone.

If we remove something you paid for because it broke these terms, we don't refund it.

Got an invitation you didn't want? Write to support@thetinyus.com and we'll take it down.

An invitation is deleted with all its files, its song included, 30 days after its link is created. You can delete it sooner in My invitations. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

The site, its design, the mouse and the thetinyus name are ours. Please don't copy them or present your own service as ours.

thetinyus helps you ask. What happens next is between you and the other person: we're not part of your plans and not responsible for any meeting. Meet somewhere public and trust your gut.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for what users send. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we'll point out important changes on the site. If you keep using thetinyus after a change, the new terms apply; a purchase keeps the terms of the day you paid.

We may also add, change or remove features. Anything you've paid for keeps working as described until it expires, or you get your money back.
